This category may be stored in U.S.-based services such as HubSpot or similar platforms, and may be subject to U.S. laws (USA PATRIOT Act, CLOUD Act).

B. Sensitive Information (Stored Only in Canada)

Sensitive information includes addiction recovery details, mental health or emotional well-being details, substance-use history, coaching session notes, or any information reasonably interpreted as health-related.
This information is stored exclusively in Canada.

We collect information to provide services, communicate about offerings, maintain records, improve programs, and comply with legal obligations.
