Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of the terms under which services are provided. By booking, purchasing, or attending any service, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Coaching Sessions (Individual Appointments)
- Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled session for any reason (a “no-show”), will be charged the full session fee.
- Late arrival to a coaching session does not entitle the client to an extension of the session time and will be billed at the full rate.
2. Coaching Packages
- Coaching packages are refundable only with respect to unused or unredeemed sessions.
- If a client determines that the coaching service is not a fit for their needs, a refund may be requested for any remaining unused sessions within the package.
- Sessions that have already occurred, or sessions forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show, are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for partially completed sessions or for unused sessions where the client fails to schedule or attend sessions within the agreed timeframe, if applicable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, less any non-recoverable transaction fees where applicable.
3. Public Speaking Engagements, Lunch & Learns, and One-Day Workshops
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event, or failure to attend, will result in the full fee being charged and no refund issued.
- This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Public speaking engagements
- Lunch-and-learn sessions
- One-day workshops
These services require advance preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation that cannot be recovered on short notice.
4. Method and Timing of Cancellation
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or through the agreed booking or communication system.
- The effective time of cancellation is the time at which the cancellation notice is received, not when it is sent.
5. Discretion and Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds outside the terms of this policy are granted solely at the provider’s discretion.
- No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or personal progress resulting from coaching or other services.
