Emergent Horizons provides coaching, educational, and reflective services intended to support personal growth, wellbeing, and informed decision-making. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are participating voluntarily.
Scheduling and Delivery
Services are delivered as agreed between the coach and the client, either in person or remotely. Scheduling details will be arranged following purchase unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not be available once a service has been delivered.
Confidentiality
All reasonable efforts are made to respect client confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, you acknowledge that outcomes vary and that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
